Following our proposal and your questions, this is the plan we'll walk through together: Spain first, Poland around Month 4, one commercial model across the EU — and the plan for the UK as an independent market.
The five points below map directly to what you asked us to confirm. Each has its own section in this document so we can go through them one by one.
Spain is the first market. The goal of the first ~90 days is to build the affiliate engine and the volume of creator content the algorithm needs, then amplify what converts with paid media. We launch one country first so we can prove the playbook here before replicating it in Poland.
A real working calendar, week by week. Bars are indicative; exact dates are locked at kickoff.
The funnel we drive as fast as possible to reach the paid-media switch-on. Reference KPIs — final targets are set at onboarding.
As discussed, the standard monthly service fee covers both TikTok Shops — Spain and Poland — simultaneously, with no additional setup or monthly management fee for Poland. Our recommendation is to activate Spain first and launch Poland around Month 4, once the Spanish operation is running as a system. Month 4 is a recommendation, not a fixed date: depending on how the project develops — results, timing, seasonality — it may make more sense to activate Poland in a later month. That decision is always taken together, between the agency and the brand.
One standard monthly service fee covers the full management of your TikTok Shop across the EU. Whether we activate one, two, three or more EU markets, there is no additional monthly management fee per country — it's all included. Paid media, product and commissions are budgeted separately per country; they scale with the business, not with our fee.
TikTok Shop UK does not allow Sell Across EU or direct shipping from EU warehouses: it requires an independent seller account, stock physically held in Britain, and local tax and customs compliance. That's why the UK is a separate operation with its own fee.
